How soon will my towel arrive?

Our handling times (time to prepare and send you shipment) are generally 1-2 business days from order date. We usually ship USPS unless prior arrangements are made for larger orders. In most areas your towel should arrive in 2-5 business days.

Do you ship Internationally?

What about International Import or Value Added Taxes (VAT)?

Please be aware that International orders may require you to pay import taxes upon receipt. Bdry Towel  is not responsible for paying any additional customs fees, courier fees or taxes once in country. That is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover return shipping costs of items refused at customs.

What if I change my mind on my order before I receive it?

Please contact us right away. We try our best to accommodate cancellation requests when possible, but cannot guarantee it. When emailing in, please include “cancel order” in the subject line. We will refund *Purchase price less shipping costs.

What about shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but a surcharge will be added for the increased shipping expense.

Can I ship my towel to my P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box.

Where do I send my return?

We are here to help! Please contact us  M-F 9am-5pm EST). We will take care of you. Please note: This item must be in like-new & sellable condition to receive a refund. You will need to include/upload a photo of the product. Also please note that we are unable to make exchanges for returns.
